Submission to be made by e-mail to the editor on or before published deadline date.

Submission in MS-Word or WordPerfect format is preferred

Use short, descriptive headings to subdivide the contents to improve readability

Indicate your name, professional designation, title, place of employment in your submission.

|
If submitting photographs, they should be sent in advance to the editor (by prior arrangement) - giving credit the photographer and the content of any photo submitted.

|
If an article is a reprint from another publication, ensure your have obtained written reprint approval from the author or the publication.
|
|
Please submit articles as early as possible prior to deadline. |
